Refund policy
Failed transactions are refunded to your wallet automatically. Pending transactions are settled according to the operator or biller time limit, after which the amount is either confirmed or refunded.
Activation charges are non-refundable once the account is activated. If activation is declined after KYC, the amount is refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 working days.
